10 Step Process

Our first step is to obtain a brief from you. This includes initial discussions to establish what you are hoping to achieve. Please contact us via quote request, phone or email.

We discuss and devise the best solution based on your needs to product proposal that includes:

• Project overview
• Project goals
• Proposed solutions
• Estimated costs
• Project schedule

Upon establishing a contract, including our Terms & Conditions form and Development Plan & Specification documents, we officially start the project.

A typical project requires a payment of 50% of estimated cost at the beginning of the project.

You will discuss with our consultant regarding the project’s scope, target audience and all other aspects to come up with the best solution.

We will ask you to provide all text, contents, pictures, logo, data, and other necessary materials for the project.

Upon the receipt of all necessary materials from you, we start the actual production process. We work closely with you and make sure we are moving in the right direction.

Upon your approval, we finish up the production process.

The remaining 50% of the total cost is due before the launch of the website. If we need to adjust the amount, we will submit an invoice with the adjusted total cost.

Upon receipt of the payment, your website is launched. We offer complimentary adjustments for 10 business days after the launch.
